It consists of a dial scale housed in a plastic body on
which a metal platform (490 x 285 mm) is slid on. 
The dial reading can be set to zero by rotating the zero          
adjuster knob. 
A measuring scale 450mm is affixed to one of the sides 
of the two raised ends of the platform for measuring 
the baby's height.
